Individual Therapy for Young Adults & Young Professionals

Has the transition into young adulthood felt lonely, disappointing or anxiety provoking? You are not alone.

I help young adults with this transition, helping them to identify what they want to change and how they want to feel. Young adulthood can feel overwhelming and lonely, leaving individuals struggling with how to make friends outside of the school setting and how to balance adult responsibilities.

I will tailor my approach based off for your specific needs and goals. I will help you to explore your own strengths and struggles in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My goal is to be transparent, supportive, and informative while being culturally sensitive and LGBTIA+ affirming. I will help to educate you on mental health symptoms, to teach you skills to help you to cope, and to guide you in finding more meaning and less worry in your life.

I know you’re busy! Tele-health is helpful with a busy schedule- you can take the sessions during your lunch break, in comfy clothes, and without a commute to and from sessions.
