Therapy for Adults

Have you been feeling low, anxious, or having trouble adjusting to changes in your life? You are not alone. You don’t need to be at ‘your lowest point’ to ask for help. All you need is an open mind. You will learn skills and techniques to help you to feel more confident while better understanding your thoughts, emotions, and reactions. I use a culturally sensitive, LGBTQIA+ affirming approach to help you to gain inner peace in a supportive space.

Therapy for Adults in Recovery from Substance Use

Through working in an outpatient ambulatory detox and continuing care program, I have experience in working with those seeking recovery and those maintaining recovery from alcohol and other drugs. If you have completed a detox and/or continuing care program and are seeking a therapist, I am happy to speak to you about your progress and future goals within recovery. We will focus on identifying cravings, triggers, and relapse prevention plans so that you can gain confidence and pride in your growth and your new stage of life without substances.

If you think that we might be a good fit, please call or email me.
