Individual Therapy for College Students

College is hard. Whether it’s the transition to academics, dorms, and daily routine or the struggle to meet new friends, college years are not always as fun and exciting as they’re made out to be.

I help my clients to cope with the stressors of college while finding ways to find joy, excitement and peace in the process. Working in a college counseling center gave me experience with students, professors, and faculty to help student mental health and to approach real issues head-on at all levels.

I will help you to explore your own strengths and struggles in a safe, nonjudgmental space. My goal is to be transparent, supportive, and informative while being culturally sensitive and LGBTIA+ affirming. I will help to educate you on mental health symptoms, to teach you skills to help you to cope, and to guide you in finding more meaning and less worry in your life.

I know you’re busy! Tele-health is helpful with a busy schedule- you can take the sessions during your lunch break, in comfy clothes, and without a commute to and from sessions.
