Hi! I’m Katie.

she/her/hers

My job is to support, listen to, and advocate for my clients.

We work together to identify goals and create positive change in a safe, nonjudgemental space.

I prioritize my relationships with my clients. I strive to be warm, curious, compassionate, nonjudgmental, and flexible.

Therapy is definitely not a one-size-fits-all model. Instead, it is a collaborative process between therapist and client. I encourage feedback and remain transparent throughout.

Therapy for college students & young adults

I help my clients gain insight into their mood and behaviors while exploring new coping skills to help them manage their present and future. I work with my clients to help them feel less anxious, sad, and lonely while feeling more confident, empowered, and at peace.

My specialties include:

Offering online individual therapy across New York State

Online Therapy is:

  • Confidential: All sessions are through a HIPAA-compliant version of Zoom

  • Efficient: No commute to & from therapy

  • Accessible: Take the session on your lunch break or between classes

  • Private: All you need is a quiet space and a good internet connection

  • Comfortable: Feel free to connect to the session from somewhere you feel safe - like your bed or couch

Due to licensing restrictions, I can only meet with clients who are in New York at the time of the session. If you have travel plans and will be out of state, we will reschedule for another time once you return.
